Identity design for La Tela: A Montessori community, and Italy's top family and parenting podcast.

"La Tela" in Italian translates to "The Web". The web concept works in regards to a "web of thoughts", as well as building a vibrant community of creators. We explored a wide range of styles, and landed on a simplistic, abstract spider web mark. The three sided container represents the Montessori Triangle: Parents, Children, and Environment. The spiral in the center of the mark follows the path of a spinning spider, and it symbolizes community weaving together.

We extended this doodle-like style into a playful logotype, illustration system, and visual language. One of my favorite projects from last year! Scroll down for more of the process and brand application.
