Brand design - inspiration prompts
Target audience
· Primarily we are selling to private clinic chains and private hospitals and telehealth providers within key persona being the 1. CEO, 2. COO 3. chief marketing officer, 4. CFO; secondary would be: 4. Chief digital officer / CIO and 2. head of IT (these are more blockers to overcome).
· Form a primary User perspective we may design dashboards for operational and executive folks at healthcare companies to interact with.
· From a secondary user perspective, we may touch the end user in some interfaces. We may create a persona for the healthcare brand, we may white label, we may do “Powered: By Care AI” or we may create our own consumer facing brands that we distribute through the healthcare brand.

The problem: The cost and quality of administrative staff in healthcare is a huge problem for providers, payers and consumers. It causes contracting profit margins, runaway price inflation, crazy wait times and low quality of care

Customer & investor traction We have sufficient customer traction to get to profitability without raising. Having spoken angels in my network, we have enough investor appetite to accelerate our growth with a pre-seed round before the end of 2024.
